Description

Material Composition: High-density, rigid Polyurethane (PU) foam, integrally molded and coated.

Standard Thickness (Panel Relief Depth): 0.79 in, 0.98 in, 1.18 in, 1.97 in

Weight: Approximately 1/10 to 1/15 the weight of natural stone.

Base Color & Texture: Primed white or gray, ready for painting. Surface replicates the authentic texture of natural stone, brick, or wood using high-definition molding technology.

Realistic Stone Effect: Factory-applied multi-layer hand-painted or spray finish for an authentic natural stone or aged appearance.

Temperature Resistance: Stable from -40°F to 194°F.

Formaldehyde Emission: E0 Grade (≤0.05 mg/m³).

Direct Adhesion: Designed for direct installation using high-strength construction adhesive (PU-based or siliconized acrylic) on clean, solid interior or exterior surfaces, including plaster, brick, concrete, wood, and drywall.

Applications: Interior feature walls, fireplace surrounds, decorative wall cladding, ceiling accents, hotels, restaurants, and themed commercial spaces.

Easy to Work With: Easily cut, shaped, and sanded on-site using standard woodworking tools for fast, precise installation.
